Our Story

Stepout Café, is a dream child of three engineering college mates (Swati Chauhan, Ashish Sharma & Mukesh Dudi), who left their lucrative jobs in IT & management sectors to do something in hospitality (food & travel) industry.

Stepout Café has been made with a very unique approach keeping in mind the travel theme with up-cycling method using many old & scrap items used as different themes in different zones. Each section gives a different vibe which everybody loves about it. What is more amazing is a cute little library having a collection of handpicked 400-500 books which is freely accessible, people come, sit read their heart out with amazing drinks & food. The café is located in central Jaipur in c-scheme which is nearby to all the major tourist attractions. This also has a backpacker’s hostel in the same premises which is equally cool & attracts tourists. It is called Housetel.

Stepout Café gives that homely feel to its visitors be it locals or tourists. The menu has a wide variety available having Multi cuisine (Mexican, Lebanese, Italian, Mediterranean, Indian, Continental & much more) lip smacking food & mouthwatering drinks. It also has bakery section which offers a lot of amazing desserts & beautiful cakes for people with a sweet tooth. The food is carefully prepared, creatively presented and vibrantly influenced by cuisines around the world reflecting the global, sophisticated, expanded palates of today. Simple, honest and genuine food.

It is a combined effort of the chefs, cooks, servers, various tourist volunteer and a little bit from the creators. Bon appetite.

A nice cafe to step out and have some good time for yourself. A nice range of novels are available. Novel addicted person can have a great time there. And also large menu items are available. Coffee and honey chilli potato are so delicious. I recommend that. Must visit!

The ambience and decor of this place is cute and amazing. The cafe have both inside and outside sitting. Food was very good. A small garden outside the cafe is very beautiful with a lovely sitting arrangement. The staff behaviour was very friendly.

Stepout a nice cafe, I visited this place recently with my wife at the evening time and ordered a Mexican Hotshot pizza. The Pizza and ambience both were nice and you can easily find space for Parking in front of cafe. if you are near this place and hungry then you can surely try this.

Lovely interiors and pretty good food, they have lottle of books for readers, so on days you are free, you can even spend your entire day feasting on food and books combo. The interiors are very beautiful, the building is probably a refurbished old structure which makes it all the more enchanting. One can find circular switches adorning the switch boards.

I am in love with this place. I am a photographer by hobby and a coffee lover. The best part about the cafe is its ambiance and the service. If you are in Jaipur and you are not visiting Step Out then you are missing something out in Jaipur. They have a great collection of books and the food is Yummy. I always order Coffee but they have a lovely menu and a unique presentation style.
